Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Proven experience as a Blockman with 2-3 years in a supervisory role in a retail or butchery environment
• Extensive knowledge of meat cuts, food safety, and butchery techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
