About the Role
This is an opportunity for a strategically astute and collaborative senior intelligence leader who excels at building and sustaining trusted relationships, enabling cross‑agency collaboration and contributing to the National Intelligence Centre leadership team. You will lead through influence, support collective decision-making, and help shape the strategic direction, culture and performance of the Fusion team and the wider police intelligence system.
Hosted by NZ Police, the Intelligence Fusion Teams aim to reduce crime and harm in Aotearoa/NewZealand through an integrated, multi‑agency approach to Intelligence that supports successful cross‑agency outcomes.
The Manager provides oversight of Intelligence Fusion Teams, which include seconded staff from partner agencies, to deliver high‑quality strategic and innovative Intelligence across the following groups:
