Responsibilities

As Manager, Learning Systems you will:

• Inspire, lead, and develop a high‑performing learning operations team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and adherence to learning standards.
• Ensure the L&D team is equipped with deep functional knowledge of learning systems to consistently deliver a strong, seamless learner experience across the learning ecosystem.
• Contribute to and maintain a multi‑year Learning Ecosystem Roadmap aligned with L&D best practices, operational standards, and firm‑wide strategic priorities.
