Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MES Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation of Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role is responsible for MES deployment, production support, team leadership, and driving digital manufacturing initiatives aligned with business goals and Industry roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MES deployments (New fab, expansions, upgrades) including planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT, and production cutover while ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards
