About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Systems Manager oversees and optimizes:


• The management of systems and regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental compliance, 
• The development of operations data analysis systems to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational performance.


The Systems Manager supports operational excellence initiatives aimed at elevating standards to a world-class level, including the delivery of learning and development opportunities across the facility.


The Data Analyst and Compliance Specialist report directly to the Systems Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance with regulatory requirements for quality, health, safety and the environment

  • Ensure that local programs meet necessary standards (ISO, Customers, legal requirements etc) and that these programs are continually improved at the plant....
