Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior leadership at the corporate, business unit and functional level to drive strategic investments, business and corporate development in respect of the group’s core businesses in Asia, the Middle East and other key regions for the SATS group.
- Leading team(s) in respect of the execution of key projects and initiatives.
- Identify and develop business prospects/opportunities to grow SATS’ investments and network in the region and contribute to the Group’s long-term profit growth.
- Develop joint-ventures, partnerships and other related opportunities which includes formulating and negotiating terms with prospective partners and preparing bid submissions.
- Build a reference base of business prospects and gather market intelligence.
- Review/prepare presentations/memorandums/submissions/reports with respect to potential projects, transactions and initiatives for senior management and/or the Board....
