Manager (NS Alumni Relations)

What the role is: You play a pivotal role in coordinating and administering National Service (NS) Alumni engagement initiatives and processes.

• Coordinate and execute engagement initiatives for NS Alumni groups in assigned Divisions/Formations as the primary point-of-contact.
• Scale and sustain the engagement model within assigned Divisions/Formations to ensure consistent and effective outreach.
• Manage relationships with NS Alumni and supporting entities (e.g., other departmental branches) to implement proposals and resolve queries and issues.
• Structure and sustain a feedback loop to track the effectiveness and publicity of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Support sub-units in executing administrative processes related to NS Alumni engagement, including finance and logistics matters.
