We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager Operation Digitalization to join our BA SSL central team of Manufacturing Process & Equipment Engineering in Changzhou, China. In this pivotal role, you will develop and lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence through innovative technologies and data-driven strategies.
Develop and implement BA specific digital transformation strategies and roadmaps to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
Main contact person for the respective project teams
Analyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Oversee the integration of Industry technologies, including IoT, AI, and machine learning, into existing operational processes
Collaborate with BA operations team, CT Group Sector and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions
