(What the role is) As Manager (Partnerships and Programmes) , you will support Central Singapore CDC's Better Life Model by developing and managing community programmes under the 'Service to Others' pillar, including leading the project to drive community giving through donations management, grants administration, and volunteer recruitment. The role encompasses end-to-end volunteer programme management — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention — alongside building and sustaining relationships with Corporate Partners, Donors, and Grassroots Organisations to promote a culture of giving and volunteerism across the District.
