Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• College graduate
• 5+ years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization, with a focus on both sales and delivery
• Proven track record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting deals
• Ability to challenge client assumptions, drive innovative solutions, and as a market leader
• Strong understanding of public sector challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills at the executive level; Ability to travel as needed
• BEMF Training
• Bid experience working on large bids
• Service Desk experience preferred
