Job Description
You will be responsible for/ to:
Plan & prioritize modernization / replacement project to the project team members
Supervise and oversee modernization / replacement project including project team members, project submission, execution of work and safety & quality control
Act as one of the key personnel for cost control and site safety & quality inspection
Lead and coach the project team members to complete project within budget, scheduled timeframe, expected quality and KONE safety manner
Attend site meetings and hands on project management for major project.
Liaise closely with both external and internal parties to ensure smooth completion and achieve project objectives.
Implement strategic initiatives in process and efficiency improvement.
