Job Description
- ResponsibleforSobhainingacademyensuring employeestrainingandassessment.
- Ensuring/policingqualitycontrolparametersaremonitoredwiththeSobhaHartlandsitepremises.
- Responsibleforauditingof qualitysystemforalldepartments.
- Identifytrainingneedsinformthedepartmentheadsandcoordinatewiththeappropriatefunctionsfor fulfillingthetrainingrequirements.
- ActivelyparticipatinginQ& Tbriefingsandmeetings.
- ToprepareaQCPlan andensureimplementationduringtheproject
- Decide how often/at stages inspection is to be carried out as per inspection and test plan incoordinationwithclient/consultant.
- Agreesubcontractorqualityplanwithsubcontractorandensurethecompliancewithsubcontractorqualityplans.
- Prepare inspection checklist for each major trade (to be submitted along with the methodstatementifapplicable).
