**Manager, Quantitative Models Development**

The Quantitative Models Development team provides quantitative modeling and analysis to support various business units within Manulife. The Manager, Quantitative Models Development has accountability and responsibility for developing models and analytics that used in house.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Partner closely with key business stakeholders—including ALM, hedging teams, and portfolio managers—to understand requirements and lead the design and delivery of valuation models and risk analytics that support strategic decision-making and portfolio management.

+ Drive the evolution of the analytics platform by enhancing existing models and tools, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.
