Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with departments, manage budgets, and support profitability and cost control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar F&B management role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Hotel management qualification is preferable but not essential.
