Support franchise business achievement and people development, with a clear focus on MW 2.0 project training and large-scale rollout in east region, while undertaking full scope of regional retail training responsibilities.

Act as the East Region MW training contact window; participate in projectkick-off meetings and review meetings across East all-in branches to align progress and achievement
