Swaraj Engines Limited. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Conduct design reviews basis Engg.Drawings and Ensure APQP (Advance Product Quality planning) with the manufacturing team for clear understanding of OEM requirements and specs/ Standards.
Drive New Part development to ensure that Part Quality meet the Desired spec and Standard.
Quality assurance in new development of parts / FTR Sample formations from Day1. Process Discipline and PPAP sign offs.
Carry out PPAP, Initiate and validate the 4M conditions.
Ensure First TIme right and Every thing right Process outcomes / Sign Offs the Quality agreements along with PSW (Part submisison Warrants.Carry out Process and Product audit through Control plan/SOP/Process sheet in manufacturing process.
Lead DWM of Machine shop by Daily rejection analysis of inhouse rejection ,Assy throwback and customer return and other issues.Maintain process capability of Critical Parameters ,X bar and R Char...
