Manager/Assistant Director, Leadership Planning

As a member of the Human Resource Division’s Leadership Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with MND’s business priorities and future manpower needs. This involves working with stakeholders and HR teams across the MND Family, including partner agencies such as PSD, to attract, develop and retain key talent, and to groom them for leadership roles within the organisation.

• Partnering with line divisions to identify talent needs and implement effective strategies to attract the right talent;
• Identifying training and development needs to support officers’ career development and growth, such as reviewing leadership milestone programmes and various talent development initiatives;
• Building an adequate pipeline of successors for key leadership positions, including ensuring a healthy renewal for our MND Family Boards.
