   Job Description:  
 Handling full HR spectrum such as recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits
 Familiar with Philippines Labor Law, make contract with staff.
 Facilitate good communication among different level of staff
 Ensure recruitment and selection of right talents to the organization by establishing effective recruitment and selection system.
 Ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning.
 Manage and ensure the employee database in accurate and up to date.

   Job Requirements:  
 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
