Job Description
**Essential functions:
Helps in the development of manufacturing methods, as well as in the maintenance and updating of plant layout, machinery inventory and operating instructions. Helps in establishing, justification and designation of the production facilities for new processes and / or products.
- **Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintains manufacturing specifications and procedures.
- Continuous improvement of tools and manufacturing methods.
- Helps in reducing established standard times.
- Development of Flowcharts and process FMEA.
- Manufacturing cells Time studies.
- Works with production teams to escalate problems and flaws in manufacturing processes.
- Support in determining root cause of persistent problems.
- Supports the justification for installation of new products and processes.
- Supports placing new facilities online.
- Maintains Oracle system files.
- Helps ensure that quality and department standards are maintained and preserve...
