You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team in Archbald, PA supporting the Electro-Mechanical Assembly area and/or Cable & Harness Assembly area. Our team is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support for production programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading key engineering initiatives that drive quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of cable & harness and/or electro‑mechanical assembly solutions.

Define and drive the engineering strategy for cable & harness or electro‑mechanical assembly across the site.
