Manufacturing IT Support Engineer

This is a technical support role inside a manufacturing plant that produces electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards) . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between production (factory) and IT systems that control the manufacturing process. This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon) Think of this role as: “Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn’t stop.” You will: Support the software used in the factory (MES systems) → These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc. Help with PCB manufacturing processes → Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues Troubleshoot issues in production systems → Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, they help fix it Work with data (SQL) → Check or update information in databases (production data, errors, etc.) Handle labeling systems (Bartender) → Make sure product labels (barcodes, serials) ...
