Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Define and document technical requirements for test equipment (HW/SW/MSA).
- Lead equipment specification (SOW), sourcing, and qualification processes.
- Ensure installation, debugging, and release of test equipment prior to the SOP.
- Apply Six Sigma to improve FTQ and OEE through statistical analysis and defect reduction.
- Apply Six Sigma tools (CPK, GR&R, multi‑vari charts) for equipment validation.
- CT optimization.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and productivity.
- Perform EOL Tester Internal Calibration.
- Perform Technical Analysis in case of machine failures and down times.
- Support the Maintenance Department to ensure the expected condition of machines.
- Execution of Capex according to CFT forecast and proper identification of assets.
