Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Reviewing, approve, and managing the daily operational activities of the Operations Department.Managing direct reports through coaching and mentoring, resolving operational issues, conducting performance evaluations, making recommendations on personnel actions, motivating the team, and participating in goal setting while monitoring performance across the following functional areas:Safety and environmental compliance for all product lines Production operations and product quality Lead the preparation, management, and reporting of the annual operating budget. Ensure effective execution of approved budgets related to investments and operating expenses. Develop and manage capacity budgets including headcount and equipment—based on business forecasts.
