Manufacturing Senior Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for leading the assigned processes of future “Industrial Laser”, training and developing team members for technical expertise, process knowledge and improvement, spec documentation, periodic performance reviews, mentorship, and guidance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Leads continuous process improvement in terms of yield, efficient and lean process flows.
• Executes product transfers timely and smoothly.
• Resolves or drives resolution of operational issues timely to sustain customer demands.
• Establishes, reviews, improves specifications or documents to sustain continuous improvement of operations.
• Develops and deploys training or certification of operators, technicians and engineers.
• Supports top management priorities required by top management to sustain operational demands.
