What You’ll Do

- Lead the team to reduce scrap
- Focus on standard work adherence
- Manage Investments (Capex) for improvements
- Problem solving 100% of the time focused on safety, reducing quality issues and scrap, and delivering productivity
What Is Required
- Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Production engineer, or correlated areas
- MBA is a differential
- Availability to travel to attend technical meetings and to work on shifts if needed to solve problems
- English (Advanced level)
