• Supervisor Classification: Non-Exempt (Working Lead) Summary R-Tech is accepting internal applications for a Manufacturing Team Leader to support daily operations across Press, Burn, Material Handling, Saw, and Bevel.


• This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing clear direction on the shop floor.
• Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily work assignments and priorities across assigned work centers Ensure team members remain productive and follow safety and quality standards Address minor issues directly and escalate concerns to the Supervisor as needed Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving Support training and onboarding of new and existing employees Communicate production, staffing, or equipment issues to leadership Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required Post-secondary t...
