Job Description
I guess you could call it Marine Claims Advisor, but we are actually looking for a professional problem solver to enable our customers to continue their daily business when the unexpected has happened.
Being the largest Nordic insurance company, If also carries a portfolio of marine insurance programs by our corporate customers. We are specializing in the smaller segment of vessels and we provide both Hull & Machinery and P&I insurance within this segment.
About the Role
As a Marine Claims Advisor you will handle a variety of marine cases efficiently and with high quality in order to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service promises.
You are expected to be close to our customers and have a pragmatic and solution oriented approach. You are able to help our customers and give support to your colleagues also in other Nordic countries.
