The Market Conduct Office (MCO) is responsible for embedding market conduct considerations into business decision‑making and strengthening the effectiveness, sustainability, and transparency of the firm’s market conduct control environment. Operating as a first‑line function within the Investment Bank, MCO provides enterprise‑wide governance, oversight, and insight across all Group activities with market conduct risk exposure.
