Marketing & Events Coordinator (Fixed-term Contract)

Role Summary

The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for the logistical engine that powers Greentank Technologies' physical brand presence. This role will lead the preparation, execution, and organization of trade shows, conferences, and industry activations.

The successor of this role must have a valid passport for travel to the United States of America and Europe.

Role Responsibilities

• Trade Show & Event Logistics: Lead all physical and logistical preparation for activations, including packing, tracking, and unpacking all materials, displays, and marketing collateral.
• On-Site Execution: Travel to events to lead booth setup and teardown, manage storage areas, and support brand representation through lead capture and client support.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Manage shipping, freight, and storage with vendors to ensure timely delivery of event materials.
