Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager – Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid 4 days/week) at Mattamy Homes Canada, Sales & Marketing, GTA Division. Full‑time role reporting to Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for low‑rise and multi‑storey projects aligned to business objectives and sales targets.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies, including positioning, branding, pricing support, and launch sequencing.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with traffic generation and conversion goals.
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and community launch schedules.
• Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, email, and on‑site channels.
• Manage paid media (search, display, social) in collaboration with central marketing and agency partners.
