Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a large, well-established automotive operation in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, high-volume environment, supporting both technical delivery and the development of junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with manufacturer and industry standards

Identify the root cause of faults across mechanical and electrical systems

Complete all work efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are met

Assess vehicles for any additional safety or service requirements

Accurately document all work carried out and recommendations made

Support and mentor junior technicians to help drive team performance

Assist with maintaining workshop efficiency and productivity targets
