Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Material Operations Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
**Job Summary**
Juarez is the primary manufacturing site for Bussmann in the Americas with 2,000+ employees across 5 shifts with annual sales of $500M+
The Material Operations Manager is responsible for managing the internal materials & scheduling processes required inside an Eaton factory in order to drive the maximum adherence to the Master Production Schedule provided by the Network Planning team through the SIOP process.

**This role is responsible for the following core processes**:
- Scheduling production in the short term horizon based on the S&OE processes (~12 Production Schedulers covering portfolio of ~8,000 active FG SKU's across stamping/fabrication, tube manufacturing, and assembly)
- Maintaining Inventory Accuracy through accurate cycle counting (~30 associates covering ~8,000 active RAW materials)
- Movement of materials through the facil...
