Scope of Role

The Site Leader will provide tactical and strategic leadership over all aspects of the Evesham site and have responsibility for the global production of numerous MPT product lines with an emphasis on the Matcon brand. The role focuses on delivering efficient, cost‑effective operations that support customer satisfaction, company profitability, and growth. The leader will transform current processes using best practices for change management, operational efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. The role has full responsibility for production, quality, safety, manufacturing engineering, planning, production control, inventory, shipping, receiving, facilities, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and capital investment strategy.
