Materials & Logistics Coordinator

Materials and Logistics Coordinator will be located onsite in Penrose, CO and reports to Energetics Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, shipping, and receiving activities and supporting material readiness ensuring that materials are in the right place at the right time – while maintaining the rigorous compliance standards required in a defense manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments; coordinate associated purchase orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to ensure the timely flow of materials to production and R&D operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including serialized and lot‑tracked materials that support production traceability and audit readiness. Support compliance with defense supply chain and regulatory requirements, including DFARS, ITAR, ISO9001 and AS9100.
