Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deployment Program Manager focused on Sales Orders and Logistics Coordination to join our team. This role is critical in managing sales orders, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and global logistics to ensure smooth hardware demand fulfillment and internal customer satisfaction. Please consider that this is a temporary position (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Orders according to the Allocation Plan and update the allocation plan using relevant tools.


• Place purchase orders (POs) for hardware demand and test hardware; follow up on approvals with Suppliers/ODM.


• Generate and track expense reports; ensure suppliers submit invoices correctly in Portal.


• Secure Goods Receipt (GR) and Debit Note (DN) creation and download related reports from SAP.
