Job Description

The MCIP Manager - North America Lead is responsible for leading and executing Aptiv’s Material Cost Improvement Program (MCIP) across North America manufacturing operations. This role drives material cost reduction initiatives while ensuring supply continuity, quality, and compliance with customer and internal requirements.
The MCIP NA Lead partners closely with crossfunctional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement cost optimization opportunities that deliver sustainable financial impact.

Conduct value analysis and value engineering studies to identify opportunities for cost savings and performance enhancements.
Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to optimize product costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
