Job Description
Operational Planning & Execution
- Supervise and support end‑to‑end project operations, including loadout, securing, transportation, and discharge of cargo.
- Coordinate with masters, chief officers, and the marine operations team to ensure the vessel is fully prepared for upcoming projects.
- Review and validate project documentation such as stowage plans, stability calculations, sea-fastening drawings, towage arrangements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, marine standards, and class/flag requirements relevant to deck carrier operations.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Attend project meetings, technical reviews, and on‑site operations as required.
- Manage expectations by providing clear project updates, timelines, and operational constraints.
