Job Description
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in M&E.
- M&E Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant site experience in residential and commercial projects.
- In charge of all M&E matters e.g., sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift.
- Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress reports.
- Site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance with requirements.
- Coordinate all M&E works, including monitoring of work progress.
- Read and review M&E drawings.
- Good pay, allowance, and bonus.
