Our Manufacturing Engineering team is responsible for manufacturing processes of product, define the equipment fixture and tooling to implement the production came true for customer with an excellent way.
What you can look forward to as ME Engineer:
Responsible for manufacturing processes.

Feasibility study of new project and Quotation for potential new project.

CT study and Capacity study.

New investment application, responsible for specification of new equipment, fixture, tooling and acceptance.

Create process documentation: Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, working Instructions, Change over instruction.

Lay-out planning.

DOE and parameter confirmation.

Support resolve the production line problem.
