On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis
Your other responsibilities will be:
- You will participate in the selection of new employees
- Train, develop and evaluate employees
- You will establish overall group objectives
- Evaluate processes and procedures within area
- Establish and oversee required tooling activities or review and evaluate proposals for existing and new manufacturing processes
- You will develop long-range plans for improvements of processes and manufacturing activities
- Nearly constant contact with others outside the work group
- You will provide technical assistance to maintain manufacturing performance
- Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards
- You will also maintain Corporate and unit management control systems
