Job Description
**Your Role**:
- Develop integration concepts for robots with grippers and molding machines.
- Develop: design, 2D drawings, BOM, quoting, purchased, build and debug robust solutions (integration gripper with robot, molding tool, prep terminals and tester) for manufacturing complying with Aptiv's and Customer specific Tool Std's
- Perform estimation activities related to molding automation.
- Collaborate early in product development with molding tool engineers to define terminal handling, placement into the molding tool, and removal/release of molded parts onto the tester machine.
- Participate in product and tool design reviews, DFM, estimating process, ADP projects and Global Tool Standard activities
- Meet key project milestones while maintaining throughput and quality targets.
