Key Outputs
• Carry out Scheduled services, maintenance, and repairs on Earthmoving Equipment on customer
sites or at Barloworld Equipment sites.
• Carry out Machine Inspections and Technical Analysis (TA’s) on machines or components, compile
accurate reports with recommendations to the customers.
• Efficiently trouble shoot and diagnose machine systems and carry out repairs to ensure optimal
utilization and availability of machines.
• Maintain professional image when representing Barloworld Equipment.
• Ensure safe work practice.
• Maintain and work according to BWE Contamination Standards.
• Ensure that the ultimate quality standards are maintained on the work performed according to OEM
standards.
• Control own admin (labour booking, service reports, part returns, expenses etc.).
• Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistent and
accurately maintained.
