Mechanical Construction Cost Consultant

Become a pivotal member of the Development Advisory team as a Mechanical Cost Consultant. Deliver accurate cost estimates and essential project insights to enhance management decisions.
This role involves collaborating closely with senior consultants to provide comprehensive cost consulting services for various construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, calculating building measurements, and analyzing change order impacts. You will also facilitate the reconciliation of estimates with budget expectations and ensure overall project accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project documents
• Calculate quantities for building elements
• Review pricing for accuracy in change orders
• Conduct lifecycle cost estimates and analyses
• Reconcile estimates with tender submissions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a construction-related field
• 2-3 years of cost consulting experience
