Mechanical Project Manager – Major Building Services Projects
Ready to lead the delivery of large scale mechanical projects across the UK & Europe?
Want to work on high profile projects within Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Commercial sectors?
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join King & Moffatt Building Services and take ownership of mechanical project delivery from pre‑construction to handover.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive program delivery, commercial performance, quality and client relationships across complex M&E projects.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Managing mechanical project delivery from pre-construction to handover through to completion
- Managing project budgets, cost control and commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveyors
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors
