Job Summary
The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, control, and completion of mechanical and HVAC projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The successful candidate will manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, quality control, and client communication while ensuring full compliance with company standards, provincial codes, safety policies, and contract requirements. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of mechanical construction: HVAC, plumbing, hydronic heating, refrigeration, and retrofit projects (planning, scheduling, commissioning, closeout) Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff; provide mentorship to junior team members Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration, including change orders and RFIs Act as primary client contact, maintaini...
