An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Leeds. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenace Engineer to cover a commercial site. - Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
