Medical Affairs Lead (España)

The Position

As a Medical Affairs Lead, you will play a central, highly collaborative role in our global mission by planning and implementing medical activities for our products in the customer area of Core Lab Reagents with focus on our women's health and endocrinology portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Shape Global Medical Plans: Contribute to annual and ongoing medical planning, delivering situational analysis and defined strategy to drive the lifecycle of our diagnostic innovations.
• Master Stakeholder Engagement: Drive the mapping of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies, managing lists of current and emerging experts to bring external know-how in-house.
• Execute High‑Impact Activities: Lead the end‑to‑end execution of medical education, advisory boards, and scientific activities at major international congresses in close collaboration with our local affiliates.
