Overview
The store manager will lead the team at the store located in PERISUR, reporting directly to the Retail Regional Manager. The role involves driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, and leading a team of retail staff in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the store team, serving as a reliable, empowering leader and effective communicator.
- Oversee store sales performance through KPI monitoring, developing and implementing action plans in cooperation with the Regional Manager.
- Guide the team to achieve commercial targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement upselling and cross‑selling strategies and promote co‑creation services as part of the client experience.
