Medical Training & Clinical Standards Manager

The Medical Training & Clinical Standards Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality, and safe clinical practices across Belo.

This role oversees medical training, clinical standards, quality assurance, patient safety, and compliance to help ensure doctors and clinic teams deliver excellent patient care.

The role works closely with the Deputy Medical Director, Chief Trainer, HR, and clinic teams to implement training programs, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement in clinical quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities Medical Training & Development Plan and manage the annual training calendar for doctors, including CME, ADEPT, and procedure-specific training.

Work with the Deputy Medical Director, Chief Trainer, and HR to identify learning and development needs.

Manage CPD accreditation for eligible training programs.
