Medication Services Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Medication Services Manager, supports medication education and rehabilitation services for staff, individuals with mental illness, and their families. Assists with Medication onboarding and training processes, audits medication room records, and ensures accurate documentation. Maintains medication room compliance and timeliness of services by applying medical knowledge and sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assist the Medication Services Manager in auditing medication room records routinely and as needed to ensure compliance and identify training needs.
• Support LVN onboarding and training processes as directed by the Manager.
• Maintain medication room compliance and accuracy under the Manager's guidance.
• Work with Lead Psychiatrist to coordinate and process all medication consents.
